Our platform charges an agent fee based on time spent on the services provided to our users. Please keep in mind that the prices listed are for a 30-minute session unless otherwise stated. If an agent stays longer, an additional fee will be applied. For example, if they stay for 2 hours (which is 4 times the duration of a 30-minute session), the agent may choose to charge 4 times the original amount.
